1. Huskies Shed… A LOT
I thought normal dogs shed. Then I met a Husky! Their thick double coat blows twice a year, turning your home into a snowstorm of fur.

My Husky didn’t just walk… he zoomed! These dogs were bred to run miles in the snow. A short walk is never enough for them.
If they don’t burn that energy, they’ll find their own ways — and trust me, you won’t like those ways.
3. Huskies Are Escape Artists
They see fences as “fun challenges.” My Husky once opened a latch with his paw like a magician.
You need secure fencing and constant awareness because a Husky will run first and think later.
